Episode 1 TWA Flight 800 – The crash of TWA’s Flight 800which killed 230 people on July 17,1996, was a tragedy, of that there can be no doubt. But was there more to the crash than a single spark igniting a nearly empty gas tank, as government investigators eventually concluded? This documentary asks that provocative question, one made all the more timely by the events of September 11.
